At PureDildo, we understand that privacy and fast delivery are your top priorities. We offer Free & Discreet Worldwide Shipping on all orders to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and secure.

1. 100% Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our utmost concern. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers. There are no logos, brand names, or descriptions of the contents on the outside of the package. The billing descriptor on your bank statement will also be discreet (e.g., "PD Products" or "Online Store").

2. Processing Time

We value your time. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 8-12 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Shipping Locations & Warehouse Logic

To provide the fastest service, we operate multiple warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and Australia. Your order will be prioritized for shipment from the nearest available facility. If an item is out of stock locally, we will arrange delivery from our international fulfillment centers at no extra cost to you.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Track My Order page or through carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail.

Note: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• USA & UK: All shipments are tax-free and duty-free.
• Canada, EU, & Australia: Standard Shipping typically incurs no additional fees. Expedited Shipping may occasionally be subject to partial import duties depending on local regulations.
• Other Countries: Please consult your local customs office. For international shipments (excluding the USA), customs may occasionally open a package for inspection. This is a standard procedure and will not damage your product.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Due to local import regulations, we currently DO NOT ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, Philippines, India, and Indonesia.

8. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. PureDildo is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to address errors. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@puredildo.com immediately within 2 hours of placing your order.

9. Multiple Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple items may be fulfilled from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment at no additional cost.
